What To Expect At Each Session

Session 1 - 2.5 HRS

Straight talk + Deep Work

We kick things off with an honest convo. No pretending. What do you really want and why? What's doable for YOU?

 

We will choose 1 or 2 goals max - because small focused changes are what leads to real progress. (If you are booking a single session we work on one goal0

 

Once we are clear, you'll have your first hypnotherapy session to start shifting the patterns that hold you back

Session 2 - 90 Minutes-

Check in = Keep Building

Change is one thing, keeping it going is another. This is where we see what's clicking and what's not, we talk it though, make any tweaks, and keep the momentum going.

 

Another Hypnotherapy Session locks in your progress and strengthens your control

Session 3 - 90 Minutes

Lets test you

You've done the work - now let's see how solid those changes are.

 

I'll throw in a few cheeky temptations to see how you respond. Dont worry it's all part of the plan.

 

We finish with a final hypnotherapy session to cement the shifts and set you up for long term success

WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND 3 SESSIONS?

Lets be real.

You can book a single session but whether you're drinking every day or just going too hard on weekends, change doesn't come in one hit.

The average person may need 3 or more sessions(statistically my clients see me on average for 3 -5 sessions)

We get clear on what's really going on, start changing the pattern at the source and build in practical ways to stay in control- whether its cutting back, staying off the booze entirely or just stopping before the spiral starts.

One Session will give you a boost and open your eyes , but THREE sessions gives you momentum and tools to do something about it.
