What To Expect At Each Hypnotherapy Session
Session 1 - 2.5 HRS
Straight talk + Deep Work
We kick things off with an honest convo. No pretending. What do you really want? What's doable for YOU?
We will choose 2 -3 goals max - for the 3 session program because small focused changes are what leads to real progress. (If you are booking a single session we will focus on one goal).
Once we are clear, you'll have your first hypnotherapy session to start shifting the patterns that hold you back.
With a good session you should notice changes immediately, not perfect but progress after session 1.
Session 2 - 90 Minutes-
Check in = Keep Building
This is where we continue to tackle the the patterns that keep you stuck, we talk it though, make any tweaks to goals, and keep the momentum going.

Session 3 - 90 Minutes

You've done the work - now let's see how solid those changes are.
I'll throw in a few cheeky temptations to see how you respond. Dont worry it's all part of the plan.
We finish with a hypnotherapy session to cement the shifts and set you up for long term success
WHY The 3 SESSIONS APPROACH?
I do offer single sessions but change takes more than a one-off session.
You're not broken - but habits, beliefs and behaviours around food are usually built over years. Expecting to undo all of that in a single session is unrealistic.

That's why my program is designed as three-sessions. It gives us time to set clear goals, do the work and check in on progress. Real change, in relation to food, happens bit by bit, not all at once.

One Session may give you a boost, but THREE sessions gives you momentum.By all means you can book in for one with no pressure to commit further
