If you have had an initial session with me, future sessions are 90 minutes and include

Our minds work on two levels: the conscious and the subconscious. We make decisions with our conscious mind, which is only 5-10% of our mental capacity. The subconscious mind, which controls our habits, makes up the remaining 90-95%. If you've struggled to control bad habits on your own, it's because you're only using a small part of your mind. I help you tap into the subconscious to change those habits. In hypnotherapy, we communicate directly with the subconscious, making it easier to change lifelong habits. If you're committed to reducing, stopping, or controlling the habits I work with, and you've tried on your own without success, hypnotherapy can help.
Ann-Marie does her absaloute best with each and every client to achieve your desired results.
Hypnotherapy services are not eligible for refunds. The Hypotherapist facilitates change by guiding . coaching and the use of Hypnotic suggestions. A therapist cannot force or control a client to change or do anything that they dont want to do.
Results will vary dependent of the mindset of each client, the desire to change and the commitment to follow instructions both during sessions and in-between sessions.
NB: The success of Hypnotherapy depends greatly on the clients ability to relate and drive to create a change. Ann-Marie always says she can help someone if they have made a decision to change, but cannot make the decision for you, and as much as she is known for her success with clients , legally we cannot guarantee the success of any sessions. However we do everything reasonably in our power to to ensure each clients success
Our Stop Smoking Program is a standalone program, with a couple of differences,
We help people to stop smoking..Stop, not reduce or control like other habits, but stop
Because of this most people only require one 2 hr session and Ann-Marie conducts these sessions in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This is a standalone program with some differences, including a different pricing structure.
We are also so confident about our Stop Smoking / Vaping Program , that if you start smoking or vaping within 3months of your session we will do a follow up session at no charge (one session) to help you to permanently stop
You can book in for one session.
Statistically (I love numbers) my Food and Alcohol clients will see me for 3 sessions
Real change for Food, Alcohol or Stress take more than one session.
One session might give you a lightbulb moment but 3 sessions gives you the structure and support and momentum.
Session 1 sets the foundation, session 2 checks in and builds and strengthens change and session 3 tests you and gives you the tools to keep going .
This 3- session approach is focused and designed to give you lasting results
I find that the average person requires 3sessions - your decision
Yes, we changed this in 2026 - you used to have to book for 3 sessions, but more and more people were asking for single sessions. ( I think due to cost of living costs)
Real change requires more than just one session to ensure lasting results, on average clients will see me for 3 sessions, but this is your choice
