Cancellation Policy

Confirmation required: All appointments must be confirmed by reply to sms. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled Cancellations: Please provide at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancelations may incur a $50 late cancelation fee. We understand that things can happen from time to time, but also appreciate notice with appointment changes. Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be deemed as cancelled and the session will not go ahead Right to refuse service: Hypnotherapy With Ann-Marie reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an appointment if confirmation, punctuality or respectful communication requirements are not met.
