Box Breathing - also known as Square Breathing - Is a 4- part breathing pattern where you inhale , hold, exhale and hold for equal parts. It helps to regulate your nervous system and bring you back to the present moment

How To Practice Box Breathing

Inhale-

4 seconds

Breath in slowly through your nose for a count of 4​, fill  your lungs completely.​​​​

Hold - 

4 Seconds

Hold your breath for a count of 4. Stay relaxed and calm.

Exhale -

4 seconds

Breath out slowly through your moth for a count of 4. Release all of the air.

Hold -

4 seconds

Hold your breath again for a count of 4. Then repeat the cycle.

Repeat The Cycle For 3-5 Minutes Or As Long As You Need
